Caregiver/CNA in Buford Immediate Need Part time

This position is for an in home care agency located in Suwanee, Embracing Hearts at Home. We serve 9 counties in the state of Georgia and are now offering services to our veterans and also for the EDWP waiver program. This case is for a gentleman in his 50's with MS. He has a beautiful white retriever so if you love dogs this case is definitely for you. He is a snuggle bug. 5 hours shifts on every Friday and every other weekend. 12 pm to 5 pm. Very light housekeeping, meal prep, client loves the company and conversation. Come be a part of our fantastic team of caregivers!!
Job Requirements
Need someone who is familiar with an electric Hoyer lift or willing to learn. Must have CPR/first aid, current TB test, reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug screen and the national background check for the state of Georgia through GCHEXS.
Must like to interact with dogs as well as the client. Looking for someone who really wants to engage and carry on a conversation with this client. Watch a movie. Potentially you may be driving him places in his van once he gets to know you and his dog will go along as well as he is a companion service dog.
