Job Description
Part Time Clinician sought to join our team in Coventry RI., working 15-20 hours per week at our Coventry House which has been serving youth in a neighborhood and homelike setting for over 20 years. As a compassionate clinician you will collaborate with the program team to help guide our adolescent boys ages 12-18 in their development and assist them to become a positive influence in the community.
You will provide overall clinical support to the Program by meeting with clients weekly for individual therapy and provide quality assurance for client information through regular monitoring and auditing of client files to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is a nonprofit organization that promotes the responsible citizenship, accountability, and well-being of individuals and families involved, or at risk of involvement, in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice system. Since CSIs founding in 1962, it has been a pioneer in the community-based service. We have been delivering supervision, treatment, and comprehensive individualized services to help clients interact more effectively in their communities and become productive citizens. Using this plan we built the first ever halfway house in New England which has now been replicated and grown to almost 50 programs in multiple states. For over 50 years, CSI has been building upon its successful foundations and has been expanding its services to serve thousands of adults, youth, and families each year.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
Three years in the fields of substance abuse and/or mental health including experience with adolescent or criminal justice populations.
Licensed or license eligible as an LICSW, LMHC or state equivalent.
Possess knowledge of and adherence to standards of confidentiality, and if applicable Department of Public Health, DCYF, Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
