GREENWOOD HOUSE HEALTH CARE & HOMEMAKER PROGRAM is seeking Part time, per-diem, shift work and Live-in Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA)
With own Vehicle
to work in Homecare within Mercer County and Middlesex.

Your responsibilities include:
Provide direct care to residents and assist in meeting individual needs.
Assist residents with the daily activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming and other personal care.
Provide emotional and psychological support to the resident and other members of the household.
Report any changes in the resident’s mental or physical condition to supervisor in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) are required to be certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
A valid driver’s license along with a car/car insurance and registration is Required
. Experience cannot be substituted for education. Minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
**MUST HAVE PROOF OF VACCINATIONS within the calendrer year. THEY ARE REQUIRED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH EMPLOYMENT. MMR, 2 STEP PPD, AND PHYSICAL.**
