This law firm has a very friendly high street presence and is going from strength to strength! Some of the firm’s employees have been with the practice for 30 yrs!!

They are continuing to expand their Private Client department and are looking to add an additional solicitor or legal executive to the team.

You will be an experienced private client fee earner (ideally with at least 2 years PQE) and will be given a broad caseload, to include:
n

• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Lifetime Tax Planning
• Advance Decision or Living Will
• Court of Protection Applications
• Probate
• Wills

nThis role will ideally be offered on a full-time basis, but those looking for part-time hours (minimum 3 days/week) will be considered.
