Duties: As an Assembler, you will be a key contributor to a vital part of our business - the manufacturing of Steel Frames & Doors. Reporting into one of our Value Streams, Frames or Doors, you will be responsible for the assembly of highly repetitive units, sub and final assemblies. Allegion Steelcraft IS HIRING ON THE SPOT! Position Requirements: You must have the ability to see well, including strong depth perception and the ability to distinguish between colors You will be required to continuously or near continuously stand and maintain your balance You will need to be able to frequently (4 or more hours per day): lift, carry (25-50 lbs.), stoop, twist, and reach (overhead and to the side) You need to be able to occasionally walk, push & pull heavy carts Climbing, kneeling, and crouching may also be required.
