The Peninsula Medical School is inviting applications for a fixed term, part-time, clinical academic to fulfill the role of the Head of Clinical Academic Training School, to join the Faculty of Health's Peninsula Medical School. You will work in conjunction with academic, clinical and research colleagues across designated areas for the IAT Teams in the School and the Trust. You will provide leadership to the Integrated Academic Training (IAT) Programme and work to promote the development of clinical academic careers. The aim of the School is to provide a focus for the development of clinical academic careers amongst doctors and dentists in the postgraduate phase of their training. As a member of the academic team you will contribute to a range of educational activities and will contribute to funding bids and research activity, within the School. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for 3 years with a view to extending, due to Funding, working 2 PAs/week hours a week.
