Description:

The Faculty of Health wishes to appoint a highly motivated individual experienced in administration to work within a customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support service. Working closely with the Senior Administrators (Quality Assurance) and the rest of the team, you will be part of the professional services support team in all aspects of the Faculty’s quality assurance processes. You will have experience working at an administrator level and be able to demonstrate relevant experience related to the role, including organisation of meetings/visits/events, producing minutes in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, you will have proven accuracy and attention to detail through providing detailed information to stakeholders. You will be expected to have proven communication, as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to evidence your ability to be adaptable to the demands of working in an area of rapid change and development. This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. The post will be located on the 4th floor of the Rolle Building, University of Plymouth Main Campus, Plymouth. Travel between sites may be required.
