Description:
The post sits in the Partnerships and Programme Administration team which administers both UK and International partnerships. You will act as a main point of contact for specific partner(s), ensuring that there is cohesion with programme administration and quality assurance aligned with the Unviersity's regulations, policies and processes. Please note that annual leave may be restricted during peak periods within the academic year. You should be well organised and be able to prioritise your work. We are looking for someone who can quickly learn and understand the different programme administration needed for different types of partners. You will need to have excellent IT skills, including confidence in using complex databases or a student record system. Good communication skills are required as you will be liaising with both UK and International Partners, External Examiners and academic staff both on campus and within the partnership. You will also need to demonstrate you have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and you will be assisting with Subject Assessment Panels and Awards Assessment Boards. We are looking for applicants to evidence in their application strong administration and IT skills. Through Academic Partnerships, the University has a strong partnership network across the UK and overseas, enabling students to achieve a University of Plymouth degree without having to study at the Plymouth campus. Academic Partnerships is looking to enhance its administrative structure by drawing together a multi-skilled team to support these functions, meeting the aim and objectives of Academic Partnerships. The team have an office on campus and you will be invited to work fully on campus or a blended office/home working approach. When working from home you will be required to use Zoom or MS Team mostly, and on a daily basis. All IT equipment will be provided to you.
