Description

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled part time general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

At Tyson Foods, the safety of our team members is our top priority. For that reason, successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their 45th day of employment. Successful applicants will need to show proof of at least 1 dose of a COVID-19 vaccine on or before their start date

Applicants hired in May for 2nd shift will be eligible for a sign on bonus up to $2000, pay out to active employee $1000 at 90 days and $1000 at 180 days .

Hourly Production with starting rates from $15.25 to $17.25 per hour.

2nd/3rd Shift $2.00 per hour shift pay.

Opportunity to earn up to $3.00 MORE per hour in Debone with attendance incentive.

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is Part Time and works no more than 29 hours per week.

Task

Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening. Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to, First Processing, Packing and Deboning. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. Lifting is required in many areas (weight depends on area.) These positions work in a cold, damp or hot, humid environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.

Requirements
