ASU Providence Temporary Psychiatric LPN (Part Time, 24hours/week)
Pay rate: $37/hr
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 7am-7pm
Position Summary:
Our Acute Stabilization Unit (ASU) in Providence, RI is seeking a part time temporary
LPN (24 hours/week) to provide direct care services.
An ideal candidate will coordinate care effectively in collaboration
with a multi-disciplinary team.
LPN will access on-call psychiatry and NP services when needed.
The ASU is a trauma-informed, client-centered care unit providing diversion and stepdown treatment for clients experiencing behavioral health crisis.
Education and Training Required:
Active Rhode Island LPN license.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and administering medication.
Obtaining vital signs.
Completing SA withdrawal flow sheets.
Administering detoxification medication per protocols.
Assisting RNs in coordinating medication ordering and delivery from Horizon pharmacy.
Providing direct care services as needed.
