Health Solutions Local Practice LeaderAon is looking for a Health Solutions Local Practice Leader in Tampa or Miami, Florida   Aon is looking for a Senior Vice President, Health Solutions Local Practice Leader for Florida As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions business. As a Local Practice Leader, you will report to the Florida Market Leader and the Regional Health Practice Leader and you will lead a team of client-facing health and benefits consultants in your market.  Also, a chance to lead one of the largest Aon health solution businesses in the country Your impact as an SVP, Local Practice Leader Using your leadership skills, you will inspire your team, drive innovative solutions to client problems, and grow our business in the Florida market. You will monitor and manage the market’s client satisfaction, profitability, and excellence in delivery. You will provide strategic leadership on new business pursuits and serve as executive sponsor to key clients.
