Description:
King University, a private, comprehensive doctoral degree granting university, founded in the Presbyterian tradition, is inviting applications for an adjunct faculty position in the School of Nursing for the RN- BSN Program. This adjunct position will require teaching in the online format. The King University nursing program is fully approved by the Tennessee Board of Nursing and accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must hold an MSN from an accredited nursing program; must hold an RN license in TN or compact multistate or be eligible for licensure in TN; have experience in nursing practice; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in the usage of technology; The candidate must have and be able to articulate a personal faith in the Lordship of Jesus Christ and support the mission of King University.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the minimum qualifications, previous teaching experience in higher education preferred.
