Learning Development Part-Time Internship

is seeking a part-time intern (30 hours per week) to join our Learning & Development team.  Position is located in New York or Washington, D.C. This is an opportunity to provide critical project support to our internal learning and development programs. 

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and detail oriented. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assessing and cataloging trainings to align to our global performance metrics and key learning objectives.

Delivering results in a cohesive and timely manner.

Building and editing PowerPoint decks based on existing content and feedback.

Building and editing internal SharePoint site for L D function.

Qualifications:

Studies in HR, Communications or related experience is

preferred.

Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

String communication skills.

Detail-oriented.

Extremely well organized.

Data management experience a plus.

Knowledge and curiosity about adult learning and employee engagement concepts a plus.
