Whether one is working on telephone line or dealing directly with the customers, one must be patient to perform this job because good service brings customers back.

• Airline Customer service representatives – airline customer service agents who works for an airline may be stationed at the airport counter or call center and they are responsible for taking incoming call from customers who needs general information about their itineraries, or travel and document the call. They may be stationed at the baggage claim counter to assist passengers who lost their baggage, ticket counter to print boarding passes and gate counter to check passenger’s identification, tag baggage or assist those who need special attention. If you want to qualify for this job, you must have a high school diploma and you must have a good eye for details, diplomatic, have an outgoing personality to be able to interact extensively with the public. Annual salary is $20,000.
